Air cooled diesel engine was chosen for minimal maintenance and reliability.The winch is used for Telecommunication tower installation in remote NW Australia.

One off Powered Cable reel machine designed for the cable change operation of winches on marine barges, an empty timber rope drum is mounted on the machine and the electric drive is used to wind the rope on as the winch unspools it. Once the rope from the winch is removed a new drum of cable is mounted to the machine and the drive is uncoupled allowing the rope to freespool onto the winch, a disc brake is used to provide some tension.

One off Electric Hauling winch designed to replace utdated machinery on a commercial slipway. The winch hauls 30 kN on a single line which when calculated over a rolling load on an incline will haul a 250 kN load up 5 degrees.

The winch is variable speed and powered by a single phase supply.

One off Electro Hydraulic Winch designed primarily for conveyor belt maintenance, the winch is used in conjunction with the clients other equipment to handle vertical bucket conveyors during belt replacement.

The winch is powered by a three phase hydraulic powerpack and controlled via a 10m fully proportional wandering pendant controller. The Winch is suitable for hoisting or hauling.

One off Pneumatic Hoisting Winch for maintenance use in a Fuel Refinery. Pneumatic was required due to the explosive atmosphere. The Winch was equipped with an Automatic fail safe brake in the drive train. The control was via a manual lever mounted to the motor.

Two off Electric Hauling winches, Custom designed and built for maneuvering a conveyor platform in a fertiliser chemical plant.

The Winches had to withstand a harsh chemical environment so they were manufactured entirely from 316L Stainless Steel. To protect the vertical electric motor a cover was designed with side ventilation holes to prevent falling material. Each winch was equipped with a remote brake release so the opposite winch could haul the platform while the winch with the brake released let the wire spool under little tension.
