Marine Industry

Australian Certified Winches have been involved in the marine industry for over 25 years. We are not only involved in winch design and manufacture, we have experience in designing and building cutter suction dredgers, workboats and pontoons for various applications.

We design and manufacture the equipment in house to all applicable standard providing full installation and maintenance services throughout Australia and South East Asia.

We are familiar with all local and international standards including Lloyds register, DNV, ABS, AMS. All of our equipment is built to the highest quality standard and can be Class certified where required.

When building a marine winch, our focus is to craft a winch that will withstand the harsh marine environment. This involves the use of stainless steel wherever possible, shafts, covers and fasteners. A great example of this is one of our recent projects where we have built winches entirely from 316 Stainless steel created for certain applications.
